Brett Comer, MD
Dr. Brett Comer is a Kokomo native and graduated from Northwestern High School in 1998. He went to Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana, and graduated with a degree in chemistry in 2002. He then attended the Indiana University School of Medicine, and earned his MD degree in 2006. While at IU, he was selected to both the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies.
Dr. Comer subsequently completed a five-year surgical internship and otolaryngology- head and neck surgery residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. He graduated from UK’s program in 2011. Finally, he completed a one-year rhinology and anterior skull base fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, and graduated from this program in 2012.
Dr. Comer has been board-certified through the American Board of Otolaryngology since 2012. His professional interests include all aspects of otolaryngology, with a particular passion for rhinology and otology.
Dr. Comer lives in Kokomo with his wife. He is Christian, and has participated in medical missions work, both domestically and internationally. He enjoys spending time with his wife, playing basketball and running.
